Weekends away

I'm a great fan of weekend breaks (O.K. any break) and in the past these have usually been to Donegal or German cities (thank-you Ryan air) but with the current euro exchange rate the U.K. is just as economic if you get a good hotel deal. So last month was Liverpool (Rothko at the Tate), this month it's London (Chris Ofili at the Tate) and March will be Aberdeen (wee son at university).

So what has this to do with 3 corners of France? Well regarding weekend breaks you may well consider Carcassonne, Geneva or Rennes.............................
