Painting from Brittany

This watercolour was the first painting I ever sold, the view was of a cornfield between our house and our friends Ted and Sandra's house in Le Val, I'd never seen wild cornflowers in a solid mass like this before and unfortunately they haven't flowered to the same extent since. The area around us is brilliant for cycling (for a softy like me) very gentle hills or the nice flat route along the Voie Vert - a disused railway track now used by walkers, cyclists, roller skaters etc between Mauron and Questembert - we haven't made to the end yet!
