MORE ON CHRISTMAS

Every year we buy more and more Christmas decorations, at least with the desperate weather in December or shopping sprees were few and far between, so the only addition to our collection were these 2 cute little chaps. Purchased in Challons sur Marne, a great wee town which we'll hopefully find our way to again - but on a warm summers day. They are actually made in Sweden - naturally (clean lines, no fuss, solid wood).

So Challons sur Marne will have to be tatooed on their little bottoms as every year we get the decorations out and the debate starts - 'ah yeah, we bought this in Frankfurt, didn't we?' - 'no that was Harvey Nicks the year we visited Pamela' - 'are you sure, did we not buy it on that ski holiday to Andorra?' etc, etc, etc. Every time we buy something like this I think - I could make those - do I ever? do I heck.
