'It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas' (Alps)

JOYEUX NOEL!
1 week to go and it's snowing away in the Alps, might be a slight hiccup mid week when it'll heat up for a couple of days and it may rain, but snow is currently forecast for Christmas Eve - which is always one of my wishes, followed by a sunny Christmas day: bucks fizz, lunch on the slopes a bit of ski and home for seafood starter, turkey main course and Buche de Noel desert. I think I've blogged before about the annual quest for the perfect buche (the past few years its been purchased from a very high class patisserie in Montreux at a ridiculous price, but never knowing the exact swiss franc exchange rate ignorance is bliss.)

Anyway talking about money, some revisions to the rental costs for the coming season at Le Nid.

'Late Availability Bargains'
- week beginning January 14th is now £190 (was £275)
and weeks beginning the 21st and 28th are £230 each (were £275)
This is rental of the apartment, not per person, it can sleep up to 6 so 'cheap as chips'.
